8th World Ranger Congress

The 8th World Ranger Congress in Estes Park, Colorado USA focuses on the idea of connecting parks, rangers and communities and provide rangers and protected area professionals the opportunity to learn new skills, share knowledge, create lasting partnerships, and be inspired by their colleagues. There are 68 countries represented and 300+ rangers, and as I am listening to everyone's story I am also working to seek answers to the questions of; What is the role of an indigenous ranger? And what are community perceptions of rangers?
